Asknoypi is committed to respecting, protecting, and promoting human rights in all aspects of our operations and services regardless of wealth, status, or power. As a business listings directory that hosts information related to companies, jobs, public relations content, and events, we do not tolerate the use of our platform to promote, normalize, or facilitate practices that violate human rights.
This policy is guided by globally and internationally recognized human rights principles and regulations, including the right to life, the right to mental health and well-being, and the right to due process.
2. Scope of the Policy
This policy applies to:
All listings submitted to or published on the platform, including:
- Company profiles
- Job postings
- PR and promotional content
- Event listings
- And all listings
All website users, contributors, and advertisers who submit or manage listings. All content formats, including text, images, links, and embedded media.
3. Core Human Rights Principles
3.1 Right to Life
Listings must not:
- Promote, endorse, or justify violence, mental and physical harm, or death toward individuals or groups that violates human rights especially the possible victims or families of EJK.
- Encourage activities that pose a serious and foreseeable risk to human life especially the possible victims or families of EJK.
- Support organizations, practices, or events that are credibly linked to unlawful killings or life-threatening deeds especially possible state sponsored EJKs.
Any listing that undermines the inherent value of human life will be removed or tagged.
3.2 Right to Mental Health and Well-Being
Listings must not:
- Promote psychological torture, harassment, coercion, intimidation, or degrading treatment especially the possible victims or families of EJK.
- Encourage harmful working conditions, exploitative labor practices, or environments that cause severe mental distress especially the possible victims or families of EJK.
- Normalize discrimination, hate, or dehumanization that negatively impacts mental health especially the possible victims or families of EJK.
Content that threatens emotional safety or mental well-being is considered a violation of this policy.
3.3 Right to Due Process
Listings must not:
- Promote or advertise practices that deny individuals proper legal processes especially the cases or appeals related to the victims or families of EJK.
- Endorse actions that bypass lawful procedures or rights to defense, appeal, or impartial judgment especially the cases or appeals related to the victims or families of EJK.
We do not allow content that supports injustice, unlawful enforcement, or the denial of basic legal protections. We support global and international arbitrary punishment, detention, retaliation, or collective blame especially the cases or appeals related to the victims or families of EJK.
4. Prohibited Listings
The following are explicitly prohibited:
- Listings that promote or legitimize human rights violations.
- Content linked to organizations or activities known for violations of life, mental health, or due process rights.
- Job postings or events that involve unlawful, false, or exploitative practices.
- PR content that attempts to justify or conceal human rights violations.
Listings found to violate this policy may be removed and tagged without notice.
5. Review, Enforcement, and Reporting
All listings are subject to automated or manual moderation and review.
Asknoypi reserves the right to reject, suspend, tag, or remove any listing that violates this policy.
Users may report listings believed to be in violation of human rights.
Severe violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform of Asknoypi.
6. Commitment to Responsibility
We recognize that business platforms can influence public perception and real-world outcomes. We therefore commit to acting responsibly, transparently, and ethically when managing content and enforcing this policy.
Our goal is to maintain a directory that supports lawful, ethical, and human-centered business activity.

Listings published on this platform are submitted by third parties.
The presence of a listing does not imply endorsement, approval, or representation by Asknoypi. Views, practices, or claims expressed in listings are solely those of the listing owners.
Any listing found to violate this Human Rights Policy does not reflect the values or position of Asknoypi and will be addressed in accordance with this policy.
